M Company is a wholesaler located in Zambia. In 2017, the company approached us and stated that they needed to purchase a batch of brake pads. We provided several different quality brake pads for them to choose from, and ultimately the customer chose the one with the better price. Considering the favorable conditions of been our brand agent, the customer ultimately decided to use our brand for sales and become our brand (MOSIWIN) agent in Zambia. After 2 years of market test, customers believe that our brake pads have stable quality, wear resistance, and no noise. At this point, the customer wants a higher quality brake pad for higher level market. After discussion, we ultimately provided our customers with another better formula, which is our ceramic formula. The modified formula has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, no noise, and longer life. They sell this quality under our brand Suzaku. Although ceramic formulas have higher price, their quality is more stable than before, and customers have ultimately gained a certain market share and economic benefits.
